**Business Development Coordinator**
**WPM Westlock is looking to expand our team with a Business Development Coordinator WPM is looking for someone to help manage Online Customers and assist the sales team in the sales process. This role is perfect for someone with sales experience who wants to grow their management experience.**
**Job Overview**:As the Business Development Coordinator at Westlock Powersports and Marine, your role is crucial in ensuring that online customer inquiries are efficiently managed and directed to our sales team. You will be the primary "quarterback" for online leads, playing a key role in enhancing our sales operations and customer engagement. This role wears lots of hats and requires someone comfortable with customers, communications, being in front of lots of people and managing interactions between salespeople and customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**: Efficiently manage and distribute online leads to the sales team.
- **Follow-up Coordination**: Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and track interactions to optimize lead conversion.
- **Sales Support**: Provide vital support to the sales team in managing online inquiries and customer interactions.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and provide regular reports on lead status and outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the General Sales Manager to align online lead management with overall sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on online lead management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools. (Activix, Lightspeed)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Automotive or powersports lead management experience is an asset.
**Compensation**:This is a salaried position, offering a competitive package based on experience and qualifications. This role comes with a competitive benefits package upon completion of a 3 month probation.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
