We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Dynamite Vape and Smoke.

Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales floor staff to duties to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Hire, train, or arrange for the training of new staff members.
  • AUTHORIZE THE RETURN OF MERCHANDISE TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Sell merchandise to customers in a retail setting.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Maintain inventory levels by organizing and monitoring stock.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
