**Role Overview**:
As a Retail & Growth Verticals Marketing Manager, you will own the partner marketing strategy and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns aimed at achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) within your portfolio of Skip’s retail division. This role handles customer marketing for partners in select retail categories like grocery, pharmacy, alcohol and convenience. You will also lead marketing for our enterprise meal perks platform, Skip For Business. Success in this role requires a keen understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing strategy and the ability to develop and execute operational plans effectively to meet objectives and service standards.

**What's On Your Plate**
- Design and deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns to deliver key KPIs for our growth vertical business, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and brand strategy. Activities include campaign planning, managing creative development, and supporting media strategy & performance tracking.
- Leverage market insights and consumer trends to drive engagement and sales.
- Collaborate closely with Skip’s Partnership team to identify new opportunities to drive partner growth and develop marketing plans to bring these programs to life
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Customer Engagement, and Product Development, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends to identify areas for optimization and improvement, continually refining strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in marketing, sharing insights and best practices with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and competitive advantage

**Recipe for Success**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in designing and executing marketing campaigns for a variety of audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing metrics and performance measurement techniques

**Location**: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid Work Arrangement - 3 days in office)
