The Commitment
- Create new enterprise value outside of predetermined/assigned job functions
- Demo/Pre-Sales of Appy solutions and products
- Ability to conduct complete Requirements/Design/Delivery in multiple verticals, applications and integrations
- Ensure Appficiency principles and procedures are being followed in all projects
- Ensure communication across projects are productive internally
- Ensure strong referenceable client base (foresee, mitigate and manage all client issues)
- Mentor and train consultants
- Provide oversight for implementation projects
- Simultaneously work on 6+client projects/engagements
- Create one micro-vertical implementation drop-in bundle
- Min 10-15 successful/referenceable implementations (incl. complex implementations)
- Identify and drive improvements in process and SBC skill development for at least some of the staff
- Be comfortable working with senior executives regularly.
- Work closely with Appficiency leaders to deliver client projects.
- Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality.
The Essentials
- 5-8 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role preferably in an Enterprise Resource Planning, CRM or e-commerce space
- Experience in Managing Software As A Service (SAAS), IT, software or specific business model (i.e. distribution, manufacturing, retail, media & advertising) implementations
- MBA or equivalent work experience
- Extensive knowledge of NetSuite, including Financials First, ARM, SuiteBilling, and project-based accounting
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and referenceable customer relationships
- Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options and implementation approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with changing priorities
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
- Travel to client locations as needed.
