Office Assistant

LLT LLP is a mid-sized accounting firm based in Chilliwack. We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our busy office. **The main duties are**:
- Provide reception relief when required
- Distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate staff
- Provide vacation coverage and assist admin assistants during busy periods
- Light housekeeping of the office
- Assist in the set up and tidy away after office functions
- Run errands as needed
- Other administrative tasks determined by the Office Manager or Partners
- Have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Be a self starter
- Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have very effective organization skills
- Have analytical and problem solving skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning client’s financial records
Experience working in a professional environment is **desired**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
