We believe in celebrating the art of food and are passionate about delivering elevated dining experiences to our patrons.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to join our team and lead our culinary operations. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop innovative and seasonal menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertise while meeting the preferences and dietary needs of our guests.
- Lead and inspire a team of talented culinary professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Implement efficient kitchen procedures to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and culinary techniques to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Work closely with management to achieve financial targets and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Exceptional creativity and passion for food, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, while maintaining composure under pressure
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients and flavour profiles.
- Proficiency in menu planning, costing and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
