Job Overview

This is a rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our kitchen operations. As an Executive Chef Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals, managing inventory and records, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, using fresh ingredients and adhering to high culinary standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; certification in culinary arts preferred
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a chef, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines
