Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team at MS Gas Station Ltd. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the expectations of our customers while maintaining profitability.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Staff Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they adhere to our standards and protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering as needed to prevent stockouts.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the efficient operation of the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.

Benefits:
  • Permanent Employment: This is a permanent full-time position with regular working hours of 36 to 40 hours per week.
