In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all LKA locations to deliver best-in-class results. You will communicate and maintain LKA standards by providing administrative support and direction to operating locations. You will work with the LKA Leadership Team to support continuous growth, success, and operational excellence. You will support and hold our partners accountable for driving enrollment.

**How You Will Make an Impact**
- Actively support the day-to-day operations of the Franchise Partners through support calls under the direction of the LKA Leadership Team
- Direct partners to all available tools and resources, and identify needs for additional tools and resources
- Observe operational successes and challenges to identify areas of opportunity, and communicate observations with LKA Leadership Team
- Communicate with the Marketing team to coordinate additional support as needed
- Provide follow-up in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Support the LKA Compliance program and ensure LKA operational standards are being met or exceeded in every location
- Regularly review all LKA locations’ social media channels to ensure brand and operating compliance, and manage follow-up as needed
- Manage the seasonal Self-Audit process with Franchise Partners and LKA flagship locations
- Conduct annual audits/support visits at LKA locations as needed
- Participate in LKA Leadership and Support team meetings as required
- Support new projects and initiatives as needed

**Who you are**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related degree
- 3-5 years of proven experience in similar roles
- Experience in Operations, Human Resources, Training
- Experience or interest in Early Childhood Education or Child Enrichment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong initiative: self-starter, able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Flexible, high-energy, and results-driven
- Positive attitude with the ability to quickly develop meaningful relationships
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Ability to convey facts and ideas clearly to both individuals and large groups
- Ability to travel globally

**Salary**: $54,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

- 25% (preferred)
