About the Position

What You’ll Get
- Annual Salary of $48,000 to $55,000 based on experience.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, monitor, and maintain recruitment and onboarding best practices.
- Develop job descriptions and post job vacancies.
- Source Independent Contractors, and ensure proper relief coverage across the organization.
- Facilitate background checks and pre-employment requirements as needed.
- Build strategic partnerships with post-secondary institutions and pharmacy programs.
- Respond to Service Ticket requests.
- Coordinate training and development opportunities.

What do you need to qualify?
- 1 - 2 years experience in recruitment is desired. Preference is given to those with their RPR Designation.
- 1 year of experience using strategic and proactive recruitment methodology.
- Post-secondary education in HR, business, psychology, or another related field is an asset.
- Previous use of Ceridian Dayforce as an Applicant Tracking System and HRIS preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills are a must.
- Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
- In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
