**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist talent acquisition and hiring managers in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Collect feedback from hiring managers and Talent Acquisition after interviews, ensuring prompt next steps in the recruitment process.
- Help coordinate and organize recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events to attract talent.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Certificate, diploma, or degree accreditation in Business or Human Resources is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years administrative experience supporting Recruitment functions
- Proven competency in MS Office suite of tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking and HR systems.
- Ability to appropriately handle high volume and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal skills - establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization, communication skills including verbal and written.
- Customer service, including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externally.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on producing a quality product in a timely manner.
