Client Services Coordinator

**Job Summary & Responsibilities**
- Ensure the client services area is maintained in a presentable manner
- Create a warm and welcoming environment
- Provide excellent customer service for agency program services
- Support client service volunteers as they select furniture for community members
- Assist with training of volunteers as needed
- Generate, accept, and close payments (furniture delivery fees)
- Scheduling and coordinating agency client deliveries and receipting
- Processing agency client referrals
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to furniture deliveries
- Communicate with agency workers and agency clients regarding furniture concerns
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new agency workers
- Participate in existing and new projects that enable Furniture Bank to fulfill its mission
- Occasional travel to nearby storage facilities
- Offer strategic support and assistance to the Client Services Manager
- Perform other administrative duties as requested by Management
- Coverage for team members during vacation or absences
- Assist to maintain referral program activities such as laundering linens, taking inventory

**Specifications (Qualifications/Requirements)**
- Excellent verbal and written skills with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2+ years experience working with a diverse population
- Prior database management experience
- Demonstrate initiative to manage multiple priorities with ease and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and react quickly to situations and inquiries
- Ability to create and maintain meaningful relationships with community members and partnering agencies
- Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Office (word, excel)
- Experience in Salesforce is an asset, but not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
