MySDS, a leading provider of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management SaaS software, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct effective product demonstrations via web conferencing or in-person meetings to showcase the features and benefits of our SDS management solution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target industries.
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales presentations and proposals to address their specific requirements.
- Continuously update and manage customer data, sales activities, and pipeline using our CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple prospects and prioritize tasks as well as the ability to work independently and function effectively in a busy environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations, such as OSHA, WHMIS, and GHS are a plus.
- MUST be proficient in English with excellent written and oral skills. Written and oral French skills is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
