**Primary Purpose**: Serving the administrative needs of the ministry, providing support to development in planning, communicating, and documenting as directed.
- This is not a complete list of this position’s duties and responsibilities. Managers may assign other duties. The items below are examples of the types of activities performed._

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt and friendly customer service for the ministry.
- General reception, transferring calls to the appropriate department heads.
- Front reception at the vocational shop (displaying a welcoming and friendly attitude to all staff, guests, and students in a professional manner).
- Administrative support for the vocational shop.
- Scheduling volunteers, donation pickups, and third-party communications.
- Planning and organizing vocational training sessions as needed.
- Answering phones.
- Greeting people that come in person.
- Data entry.
- Sales processing.
- Provide support for donor relations and communications.
- Thanking donors.
- Provide other administrative support as requested. (ex. creative writing, testimony editing, stuffing receipts, and special event supportother duties as requested.)
- Training on and covering holidays for other office staff as requested.
- Willingness to co-facilitate Ready Now Recovery groups as needed.
- Assist with special event planning, meetings, and administration set up. including donor relations and venue bookings.

**Schedule**: Regular schedule as set by the development director. May be required to work evenings and weekends as requested.

**Collaboration**: Will work in collaboration with other staff, volunteers, and shop manager.

**Budgetary**: To participate, promote, and support fundraising for the ministry.

**Qualifications**:

- Polite and friendly attitude
- Self-motivated and able to self-manage time well
- Able to lead with excellence
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills
- Working knowledge of computers and systems
- Willing to take assigned continuous training and have a learning plan
