**What You Bring**
KASE is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Technical Assistant who is eager to learn about the Insurance industry. This support role will require a strong work ethic, supreme administrative skills, and an eye for detail.

- Experience in an Administrative capacity is required

**Job Summary**
- Prepare insurance summaries, premium comparisons, and other supporting documentation for clients and producers
- Assist with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables
- Thoroughly document all client and underwriter communications in the Broker Management System (BMS).
- Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports, and documents as required
- Scanning and attaching documents as directed
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and externally
- Prepare Certificates of Insurance, OAP1’s and other duties as assigned
- Claims Management
- Assist with any ad-hoc requests from team members

Work remotely

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
