**What will you do?**
As a Reservation Agent, you will be communicating directly with the public to assist with reservations and answering a variety of related questions. We provide excellent training and resources to support your success and a flexible and fun environment.
Be part of a diverse group of employees who want to develop transferable skills which support a lifetime of success. Many of our Reservation Agents find opportunities for growth within Camis.
**What You'll Bring to the Table**:
- You are friendly and good a good listener.
- You exercise patience as you understand the customer's needs and assist them.
- You are always tactful and pleasant.
- A knack for computers and learning new software.
- Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.
- You are empathetic as you help address customer concerns and assist them with their needs.
- 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public.
- Call center experience is helpful but not required.

**The Details**:
Orientation Date**:May 17, 2023 **10:00AM to 3:00 PM
Training Begins**:May 23, 2023**
- **Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm**
- Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 11 PM, 7 days a week
- After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 25-35 hrs/week, part-time hours also available.
- Training & work shifts completed on-site in our call centre.
- Office Location: Guelph, ON
- The rate of pay is starting at $16.50/hour
- Opportunity to earn $1/hr End of Contract Bonus
- Opportunity to earn monthly bonuses
- End of Contract date: September 3, 2023
