Participants will also have the chance to work closely with richly experienced professionals to put learning into practice of high standards.

**Job Description**:

- Through the selected training program, participants will have the opportunity to get industry experts' guidance and mentoring to discover your potential and identify a role that best matches your strengths and interests.
- Upon successful completion of the training, there will be opportunities to officially launch your career in your preferred and/or most competent field at OTT.

Participants will have the opportunity to work in one of the following roles:
**Trader**:
We are seeking interested applicants as Traders who have curiosity and passion for financial markets. As a Trader, you need to:

- Understand and learn compliance with OTT trading philosophy and risk management measures.
- Complete risk management analysis, trade review, and progress evaluation on trade performance.
- Monitor fundamental, macroeconomic and sector specific news and their impact across financial markets.
- Be able to transition from fast market to slow market conditions quickly and efficiently
- Exceptional work ethic and goal oriented.

**IT Business Analyst**:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with payment knowledge. As a Business Analyst, you need to:

- Maintain and prepare a variety of data analysis and provide reports to internal and/or external audiences.
- Identify clients’ behavior trends and data-driven insights to support business growth and best practice solutions.
- Initiate analytics proposals and action plans to drive marketing strategy, including recommendations and test plans.
- Provide analytics support for campaign tracking, insights, and recommendations
- Perform other tasks that are requested.

**Marketing Specialist**:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies. As a Marketing Specialist, you need to:

- Execute marketing and communication plans, and provide input on a variety of company daily operations initiatives.
- Manage marketing campaigns proactively including a wide range of marketing and communication needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor best practices in marketing efforts to determine successful tactics.
- Create compelling communications materials for our sales channels, including web banners, video content, print ads, POS, sales presentations, sales sheets and more.

**Administrative Assistant**:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our general management office. As an Administrative Assistant, you need to:

- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work with other departments in coordinating and supporting project work, tasks, documents etc.
- Be responsible for booking meeting rooms and its setup as well as meal arrangements.

**Job Requirements**:

- College degree or above.
- 1-2 years of work experience in the related field.
- Majors in statistics, actuarial science, hospitality, and software engineering preferred.
- Strong self-motivation with a genuine interest in business management.
