OTT Remit is the newest online remittance app launched by OTT Financial Inc., which allows customers to easily and quickly send money from Canada to their families and friends globally.
**About the Role**
We’re looking for someone to drive the growth of OTT Remit in Canada. You’ll work closely with the business development team and marketing team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify marketing opportunities through user data analytics and competition analysis in order to increase and improve user loyalty to our platform.
- Plan and execute large scale promotional activities for the platform to enhance repeat traffic to the platform and drive transactions.
- Oversee all marketing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Product Team, Agencies), including coordination with external media and agencies to create collateral and content for promotion to increasing brand awareness
- Formulate and own strategies, creative and communications on behalf of the platform to increase site acceptance and feature optimization, attracting interest from audiences online and offline.
- Research and understand user needs, work with merchants and other departments to coordinate product improvements and upgrades to promote user activity and user growth
- Familiar with all aspects of social media operations and support tools and software
- Possess the basic ability of market research, strong planning ability and strong logic;
- Possess the capabilities to coordinate internal and external, online and offline resources
- Familiar with common user operation methods, have strong data analysis capabilities, and be good at identifying problems through data and formulating solutions.
