Delivery and execution of pre-established sales and distribution strategy for the Jewelry and Giftware category in the National account channel. Stores, catalog and Internet to facilitate successful achievement of goals within Company strategy, philosophy and programs for Canada which includes the following:

- Establishing sales targets by channel/segment
- Identify inventory turns for all channels/segments
- Identify profitability targets
- Develop growth plans based on new distribution
- Develop growth plans based upon increased productivity from existing distribution
- Monitors compliance of specific assortments appropriate for each channel/segment of distribution and in support of the company’s premium brand positioning for existing product and new product launches
- Partner with colleagues in Marketing and Store Development to develop merchandising presentation strategy for the various channels/segments that achieves company profit targets
- Develop distribution matrix by market/channel/segment to be executed by Regional/locals sales team. Specific targets for new distribution to be developed and agreed upon to achieve company goals
- Analyze business results and make appropriate adjustments to channel/segment assortments and model stocks as needed
- Provide sales forecasts to internal organization for total company forecasting and inventory management
- Develop recommendations for marketing team regarding product needs by channels/segments
- Prospect and analyze future distribution/sales opportunities by market and channel
- Develop effective business relationships with key account headquarter personnel including Merchandising, Operations, Visual and Marketing
- Negotiate space, fixtures and position presentation within Swarovski’s corporate standards and business model parameters
- Drive sales in Shop in Shop locations, open additional locations bases on timing and funding
- Coordinate replenishment & timely product liquidation functions through internal support team
- Adherence to Swarovski policies & business model regarding allowances taken by customer
- Coordinate & execute in-store training, counts & events with outside agency sales service staff
- Travels to target markets, visit all distribution channels to ensure local execution of channel/segment strategy
