- Our team is growing and actively looking for a Regional Operations Manager for British Columbia. This key leadership role will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to our existing teams as well as for the new ones coming.

As a strong leader with operational delivery expertise, you will be responsible for leading various stations from a performance and people standpoint: ensuring targets are met while coaching and training your team to optimise and monitor performance. You will also: coordinate with sales development for the ramp up, introduction and launch of new markets. You will actively collaborate and drive new station openings for your territory. And you will have a role to play to ensure workforce planning and its execution runs smoothly (working in close collaboration with the HR team).

- Proven leadership experience and expertise in the last mile sector
- Assertiveness with a human touch: able to influence others
- Strong communication skills and highly collaborative
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency and prioritization
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Ability and willingness to travel on a regular and frequent basis
- Lead and encourage a culture where health and safety is a priority. Provide leadership and support for health and safety initiatives on the site.
- Take overall responsibility for the proper functioning of the health and safety committee. Participate directly in committee meetings and provide support to resolve issues raised by the committee.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (transportation, operations management, supply chain, etc.) will be considered an asset
