**Total Compensation - On Track Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience, inclusive of commissions earned. Commissions are not capped.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager - Western Canada, the duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Regional Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Instrumental in growth and development of region by way of Sales Activity;
- Plan and organize sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the region/segment;
- Manages and trains the Territory and Route Managers within their Region;
- Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based, consultative approach;
- Make telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers;
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers as well as manufacturers’ representatives;
- Manages all installations and repairs including assisting Territory and Route Managers with large accounts and ensuring a great first impression and customer experience;
- Accountability related to On-Call for Territory and Route Managers;
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints;
- Supply management with oral and written reports when requested;
- Participate in trade shows, conventions, and sales meetings;
- Gather market intelligence.

**Minimum Requirements**
- University Degree in Business or related field;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Field Sales experience, preferably complemented with 2 years Sales Back-Office experience;
- Excellent relationship building skills;
- Strong presentation skills to champion Key Account pitches;
- Strong budget management experience (manage budget to provide partnership with external Key Accounts);
- Strong project management and organization skills to manage the number priorities from each on-premise key account;
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal);
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Accountable and dependable;
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work;
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic; and
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
