We are seeking a detail-oriented, digitally focused, collaborative marketing associate who excels in relationship building and customer service as a **Digital Account Specialist.** This position is located in the Greater Toronto Area working with the digital marketing team based out of Manchester. NH.** **The Digital Account Specialist is a client-facing role, responsible for day to day account management of organic and paid digital marketing and coordination of content creation across a wide scope of platforms such as store websites and social media sites. This role will conduct monthly meetings with client members to report on and develop a digital strategy designed to attract customers and drive organic and paid traffic to our individual member store websites through optimized web content and paid campaigns. This position works collaboratively within a cross-functional team and communicates effectively with our Carpet One Canada and Flooring Canada members. The Digital Account Specialist will work from home in the Greater Toronto Area. Some travel throughout the year is required.

**Our Digital Account Specialist will**:

- Support and enhance the digital presence for Carpet One & Flooring Canada members through in-bound marketing tactics designed to attract, engage, and convert more customers.
- Conduct monthly calls to review member content strategy and website metrics. Plan content schedules for their store website and Google Business Profile, including monthly updates to content, and more.
- Field and facilitate members’ in-bound marketing questions/requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams using project management software to schedule, review and monitor progress of content and task deliverables for member accounts.
- Partner with the Content & Social teams to coordinate the creation of custom social media and Google Business Profile posts that captures the target audience’s attention and influences action; ensuring consistent quality, voice, messaging and brand adherence.
- Implement research to discover content opportunities and plan website page strategy for each member store.
- Collaborate with internal digital experts to measure, track, and quantify both organic and paid digital strategies.

**Do our requirements match YOUR background?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism with 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing or account management.
- Skilled at discussing broad or complex digital concepts, simplifying them into clear, concise, strategic messaging for easy consumption by target audience across various formats and channels.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Google Analytics and HTML is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate with management and members in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner are essential.
- Valid passport and Driver’s License.
