Mechanically inclined, passionate about sales and solving customer problems? We are looking for a representative to complete our outside sales team. This position is perfect for you if you attach great importance to the quality of customer interactions, as you will be responsible for providing a first-rate customer experience, in a fast-paced collaborative work environment. We are looking for someone who is rigorous, persuasive, autonomous and who enjoys challenges. If you like hunting for new business, nourishing the opportunity and cultivating a strong long-term relationship with the customer, this is the right fit for you.

Responsibilities**:
Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, the Territory Manager performs the following tasks: *
Technical service
- Execute Preventative Maintenance Plan;
- Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation programs are in place for each customer;
- Rotational Emergency On Call;
- Filling out accurate Electronic Service Reports;
- Perform installations of new/replacement dishwashers and other systems; adjust to particular operating parameters.

Sales
- Attain new opportunities - cultivate leads;
- Sell and promote our products to existing customers;
- Increase client satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence;
- Provide exceptional customer support and personalized after-sales service;
- Understand clients’ needs and their requirements in order to provide optimal solutions.

**Requirements**:*
To perform well, you must: *
- Be able to work independently and as a team;
- Work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change;
- Have at least two years in technical sales;
- Possess a valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract;
- High degree of mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools;
- Understand computer programs such as Microsoft Office and CRM.
