Avec plus de 3 600 employé-e-s, un portefeuille de plus de 60 bières et prêts-à-boire de qualité, et 10 brasseries partout au pays, nous sommes fier-ère-s de servir le Canada et les communautés auxquelles nous appartenons.- Description- Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste en Acquisition de Talent, passionné(e) de l’industrie de la bière, qui travaillera en proximité avec notre équipe au Canada. En tant que Spécialiste en Acquisition de Talent, vous travaillerez dans un environnement favorisant l’esprit d’équipe et vous devrez mener et gérer des recherches à tous les niveaux dans le but d’amener les meilleurs talents pour notre croissance.-
- Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de:
- Influencer les décisions de recrutement en évaluant les talents au moyen d'une entrevue se basant sur le comportement en vue de faciliter les décisions de sélection et l’embauche
- Établir un bon partenariat avec les groupes client et les généralistes des ressources humaines en vue de gérer activement les besoins en personnel
- Identifier les écarts en termes de talent et proposer des solutions
- Promouvoir efficacement les opportunités de carrière en démontrant une passion pour les Brasseries Labatt du Canada, la culture et la communauté
- Assurer le cycle complet du recrutement

- Qualifications-
- Diplôme universitaire
- Avoir de l'expérience en recrutement
- Démontrer une bonne capacité à établir des relations interpersonnelles
- Être motivé et énergique, avoir le sens de l'initiative et une faire preuve de flexibilité
- Avoir un bon sens de l'organisation et le souci du détail
- Être créatif lors du développement des connaissances de l'entreprise, des réseaux et des techniques de recrutement
- Bilingue (essentiel)
- Connaissance WorkDay ou autre ATS est un atout
