**Description du poste** The Opportunity**:
As a **Bilingual Consultant, Talent Acquisition - Retail Stores**, you play a pivotal role in shaping our future. You are part of a unique recruitment team counted on to discover qualified talents, to fill roles at our Head Office and help take us to where we are going and growing. You will bring this to life through the relationships you build, the innovative talent sourcing methods you deploy, your social media presence and your sharp eye for talent. The position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition.
- Your normal work schedule is a hybrid 2 days in the office/field and 3 days remote._
**What you do**:
- Discover, attract, and build a network of the best talent to fill store leadership roles, across all RCL banners.
- Coach leaders on hiring best practices and influence process.
- Executes a social media recruitment strategy and build strong supporting network to communicate specialized job vacancies into right niches present in online media.
- Collaborate and communicate with other HR functions in a continuous improvement approach.
- Manage the Applicants Tracking System (ATS) and provide technical support to internal customers, while acting as a link with the service provider.
- Participate in the optimization and automation of the ATS process and workflow.
- Create and analyze reports and dashboards to identify trends, develop and implement action plans.
**Qualifications** Who you are**:
- Hold a university or college’s degree in relevant domain or equivalent.
- Have a proven track record of 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist.
- Have knowledge of on-line hiring and social media practices, behavioral-based interview, and assessment techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, insightful judgement, and good analytical skills
- Are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
