The North American Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and organizing our North American sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department. The ideal North American Sales Manager has rich experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with the North American (Canada & USA) retail channels of snack foods.
- Familiar with the sales rules and regulations of the snack food market in Canada and the USA.
- Responsible for expanding the customer base in the North American market.
- Responsible for managing product sales and channel promotion plans. Leading the team to complete the departmental sales plan.
- Responsible for establishing the sales team and developing training programmes for the sales representatives.
- Analysing sales data, determining potential products, and analysing customer preferences.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related areas.
- A minimum of two years of sales experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the food and snack industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in creativity, business skills, negotiation strategies, and the ability to manage subordinates.
- Mandarin is highly preferable.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
