**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiating payment plans and settlements
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions
- Adhering to all state and federal regulations
- Meeting and exceeding collection targets and performance metrics

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in debt collection
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Advanced computer skills (e.g., CRM Software, Microsoft Office, Multiple Devices)
- High level of integrity and ethical standards

Pay: $35,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
