**Nous recherchons un chargé d'administration et de RH compétent qui recrutera, et accompagnera les talents en élaborant des stratégies et en appliquant des procédures. Vous serez responsable des tâches administratives et vous contribuerez à faire de la compagnie un meilleur endroit pour travailler.**

**L'objectif sera de fournir une assistance et un soutien de qualité aux employés et au comité exécutif.**

**Responsabilités**:
**Fonctions administratives**
- Maintenir les dossiers personnels en format physique et numérique, tels que les contrats de travail, les demandes de vacances, les congés de maladie et les sanctions disciplinaires, sur une base quotidienne.
- Préparer les documents RH tels que les contrats de travail, les avenants, les lettres de promotion, les augmentations de salaire, si requis.
- Créer et implémenter les politiques et procédures en matière de ressources humaines, conformément aux exigences.
- Vous serez le point de contact principal pour toutes les questions relatives aux employés sur une base journalière.
- Soutenir le comité exécutif dans le cadre des évaluations de performance et leur transmettre un rapport sur une base annuelle.
- Organiser des événements pour le bien-être et l'engagement des employés, à la demande de la directrice du bureau.

**Recrutement**
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le comité exécutif de bam concept pour tout poste vacant

**Paie**
- S'assurer que tous les employés sont payés toutes les deux semaines, le jeudi suivant la fin de la période de paie.
- Préparer le T4 et le "Relevé 1" de l'employé sur une base hebdomadaire.
- Vérifier les heures de travail des employés sur une base quotidienne
- Transmettre chaque semaine aux chefs de projet les rapports sur les horaires des employés de tous les chantiers.

Toute autre tâche confiée par la Directrice de bureau

**Conditions requises**:

- Excel
- Compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais
- Bonne connaissance du droit du travail
- Confidentialité
- Licence en gestion des ressources humaines ou en gestion d'entreprise
- 1 an d'expérience en tant qu'assistant administratif ou chargé des ressources humaines

**We are looking for a skilled Administrative and HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.**

**The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and the Executive**
**Committee**

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records such as employment contracts and vacation requests, sick leaves, disciplinary on a daily basis
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, addendums, promotion letters, increment in salaries when required
- Create and implement hr policies and procedures as and when required
- Be the main point of contact for any employees related queries on a daily basis
- Support the executive committee in performance appraisals and send them a report on an annual basis
- Prepare events for employees engagement and wellbeing as and when requested by the Office

Manager

**Recruitment**
- Work in close collaborations with bam concept's executive committee for any vacancy
- Publish Job adverts on recruitment platforms as and when necessary

**Payroll**
- Ensure that all employees are paid bi-weekly, on the Thursday following the end of the pay period.
- Prepare employee T4 and “Relevé 1” on a weekly basis
- Review employee hours on a daily basis
- Furnish employee timesheet reports to project managers for all job sites on a weekly basis
