Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis or similar tools
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with clients and court personnel
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning
- Utilize iManage or similar software for document management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in a legal setting or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in legal terminology and processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proper phone etiquette
- Familiarity with legal drafting and document preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of filing procedures in various courts
