**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Assist in negotiations on behalf of clients, advocating for their best interests while maintaining professional standards.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on case management and strategy discussions, providing insights based on research findings.
- Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence related to ongoing cases.
- Attend client meetings and court proceedings as needed, taking notes and providing support to senior attorneys.
**Requirements**:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong research skills with proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail in legal drafting.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and developing new skills within the legal field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 years experience in personal injury.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
