**WHO WE ARE**

**ROLE**

The Business Development Coordinator will report into the Head of Growth and is responsible for supporting North American Business Development coordination tasks associated with such initiatives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Executing small PR initiatives and tactics under the direction of the Head of Growth;
- Focusing on ensuring we maintain strong client relationships and operational efficiency;
- Promptly responding to various ad-hoc biz-dev-related requests;
- Building presentation decks, sourcing case studies, etc;
- Tracking opportunities in Salesforce, outputting weekly reports, and maintaining Pipeline Dashboard;
- Tracking contacts in Salesforce;
- Providing weekly reports and dashboards;
- Communicating and corresponding directly with clients or partners at the request of the Head of Growth, as required;
- Managing all inbound requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposition (RFP);
- Generating and tracking Action Item lists;
- Coordinating with regional and Kyu counterpart(s), as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3-5 years' experience supporting a business development team or professional services organization (experience in the creative industry, an asset);
- A dynamic personality, able to effectively communicate with audiences at various levels of management, both internally and with externally with clients and partners;
- The ability to work with a high level of autonomy and complete tasks with mínimal supervision;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; coupled with the ability to foster positive relationships;
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in escalating issues as required;
- Strong organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
