**Job description**

This position is a supervisory role and will assist in leading the warehouse employees. The incumbent will also be responsible to assist the Operations Supervisor in ensuring scheduling plans are effective and quality meets expectations. There will be a requirement to assist in general production of kit builds for Technicians, Dealers and OEMs. The role prioritizes attention to detail, ensuring the very highest of quality standards are met and a philosophy and ambition to exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Supervise and lead employees to meet scheduling demands for warehouse activities
- Handling parts and goods in & out
- Adhering to warehouse procedures and ensuring all staff members of warehouse follow
- Internal point of contact for logistic inquires.
- Implementation of new warehouse procedures as and when directed
- Ensuring all H&S requirements are upheld and implemented as required.
- Liaise with colleagues and employees on delivery and stock control.
- Supervise building of kits based on schedule.
- Carry out training when required particularly for flexible staff.
- Ensure correct operation and maintenance of any powered equipment

**Skills and Job Qualifications**
- Engineering Background - to be able to assemble kits
- Previous experience of at least 5 years working in a Warehouse; warehouse procedures e.g. stock control; stock counting
- Diploma or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing or Production
- Proven record of being able to supervise team members
- Must have strong ability to take initiative & work well under pressure
- SAP experience required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle employee and external customer complaints in a professional manner
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Manual handling understanding
- Forklift license preferred

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
