**HR Business Partner
- (Remote)**

As a HR Business Partner** **with 3-5 years of experience you will be a part of a dynamic, friendly team providing integral support for Lifemark’s various departments and divisions across Canada. In this busy yet fulfilling role you will provide vital assistance with the development, implementation and ongoing administration of various HR programs, policies and initiatives. This will include items such as Employment Contracts, assisting with Benefits questions, Compensation, HRIS, Employee Relations, Health and Safety, as well as On Boarding initiatives. This position will require a high degree of technical skill, specifically with respect to possessing advanced/expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

**Additional accountabilities may include**:

- Promoting company culture, values and positive working relationships
- Supporting managers with people management, employee relations & performance objectives
- Assisting with the administration and tracking of training/professional development, performance evaluations
- Respond to employee questions regarding Leaves of Absence, Benefits, and other general questions on policies
- Facilitate monthly reporting of Human Resources KPI’S and adhoc data analysis reports
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies and Provincial/Federal employment legislation
- Identify best practices and help implement improvements
- Support the Recruitment team as needed
- Occasional travel will be required

**What you bring to the table**:

- University degree/College diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of related Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of current employment legislation across provinces including Quebec
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point) with expert/advanced level of proficiency with Excel in specific
- Flexibility with the ability to manage changing priorities
- Friendly interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of employees
- Excellent attention to detail; must demonstrate a sense of urgency & deliver quality outcomes
- CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an important asset
