Job Title: Warranty Administrator/Appointment Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
- Submit warranty claims to Ford Motor Company
- Ensure timely payment of warranty claims from Ford Motor Company
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule service appointments in person, over the phone, and online
- Maintain calendars for the Service Department
**Requirements**:
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
