**Make Decor Creations Come to Life at Empire**

The Design Centre Liaison will facilitate Low Rise home production by ensuring the seamless flow of information between Decor, Construction, and Procurement. You will also support teams in Decor, Procurement, and Construction with design launches and timely resolution of all Homeowner inquiries.

**What You Will Do**:

- Respond to Construction and Trade inquiries in a timely fashion
- Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve Homeowner inquiries, PDI and decor-related warranty items
- Identify chronic or systemic issues and make recommendations on process improvement

**What You Will Bring**:

- Post-secondary diploma in interior Décor, Design, or relevant field
- 2+ years construction experience in an administrative, customer service type role
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, Tarion an asset
