- **Position Overview**:

- Join our dynamic sales team within Xerox Digital Sales and become a key player in reshaping how we connect with our clients. As a Sales Executive, you'll be engaging with Xerox and prospective clients across the United States. Your mission is to drive competitive sales growth and account retention in your assigned geographic territory. In this quota-bearing role, you'll have the opportunity to expand and nurture Xerox accounts, creating incremental business opportunities that make a significant impact.
- **What You Need To Succeed**:

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving Sales/Consulting Excellence: effective collaboration across stakeholders, leveraging sales aptitude with assertiveness, persistence, and keen listening skills
- Demonstrating proficiency in influencing and crafting RFPs
- Consistently exceeding targets and metrics & navigating and closing deals with enterprise-level acumen
- Building strong interpersonal relationships and negotiating effectively
- Experience delivering engaging presentations with C-level leaders
- Showcasing tech-savviness with Microsoft Office, CRM proficiency and data analysis
- Approaching challenges with maturity, self-confidence, and resilience under pressure, with strong attention to detail
- A post-secondary degree or equivalent experience is preferred, reflecting your commitment to continuous learning

- Proactive Client Engagement: Initiate impactful cold calls to expand client base and optimize outreach efforts within your designated territories.
- Client-Centric Solutions: Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that foster profitable relationships and drive client business value.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain efficient sales processes to optimize operations and ensure streamlined performance.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Foster positive client relationships internally and externally, driving long-term success through collaboration and trust.
