is now seeking a Director, Franchise Sales and Development (Toronto, ON) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario.

Prospecting and qualification of franchise opportunities in Eastern Canada for our Canadian brands. Execution of hotel franchise agreements. Networking/Industry Event Attendance.
Negotiate Terms and Execution of Contracts.
Assisting other members of development team on special projects.

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, activities of debt and equity, providers and other hospitality related trends within the US and Canada.

Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas.
Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects.
New Construction Development Knowledge.
Fluency in French and English preferred.
Experience and proven achievement in franchise sales organization(s) preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred;
~3-5 years experience in business/relationship development;
~ Must have demonstrated proven achievement in sales by exceeding quota;
~ Travel will be predominantly focused on lead generation and customer relationship management in Canada:
~ Bilingualism in French and Englishis considered an asset:
