**Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Call Taker & Install Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless communication experience. You'll be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling installations, and coordinating with our team to provide top-notch service
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly professionally and courteously
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services when opportunities arise
- Schedule service appointments and installation jobs, ensuring optimal use of technician resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing them with updates on their requests and appointments.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in managing service and installation schedules to enhance productivity.
- Resolve any customer concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in sales or upselling is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.54-$24.00 per hour
