Key Responsibilities:- Establish a new call centre based in Edmonton, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic orientations to drive service transformation and help achieve sector objectives.
- Design and implement effective operational processes and structures to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead and coach a team of managers and agents to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
