Job Title: Call Centre Senior Manager

At the National Bank of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Senior Manager to lead our new call centre in Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a new call centre based in Edmonton, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic orientations to drive service transformation and help achieve sector objectives.
  • Design and implement effective operational processes and structures to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and coach a team of managers and agents to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee succession planning and performance management to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.
