The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. Reporting to the Call Center Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding our products or services.
What you will be doing
Customer Interaction:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and address them promptly and courteously.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate channels for further investigation and resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and offerings.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Share feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to help improve products and services.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing customer interactions and data privacy.
To be successful in this role you must have
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation
$17/hr - $20/hr
*This role requires the chosen candidate to be on-site, it is not a remote position.
