Permanent Full-time 12-month position
The key responsibilities of the School Data & Information Administrator are the creation and maintenance of the school master timetable, they are the main point of contact for entry and accuracy of all student and staff related data within the student management system and they run inquiries and provide information to school administration.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
College diploma in Data Processing/Business Systems or equivalent in a related area of study
Experience utilizing and maintaining a student management database system, creating master timetables and creating scheduling reports
Ability to maintain the confidential nature of the position
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to create reports, analyze data and verify for accuracy
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a cooperative team
Strong one-on-one and group training skills
Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
Minimum two years of office experience in a secondary school required
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Salary**: $32.58 to $35.57 (Commensurate with experience)
