**Ottawa Memory Clinic/ Clinique de la Mémoire de l'Outaouais (OMC/CMO) compte deux cliniques dédiées à la recherche et à la lutte contre la maladie d'Alzheimer (MA). L’OMC/CMO établit également des partenariats avec des compagnies pharmaceutiques pour mener des essais cliniques sur la MA.**

**La maladie d'Alzheimer (MA) est le type de démence le plus courant, représentant environ 70 % de tous les cas. Les personnes de plus de 65 ans courent un risque plus élevé de développer la MA, qui diminue les capacités cognitives, verbales et physiques en détruisant les cellules cérébrales. Ceci affecte la capacité à penser, à apprendre de nouvelles choses, et la mémoire. De nombreux experts scientifiques travaillent à améliorer notre compréhension de cette maladie dévastatrice dans l'espoir de trouver des traitements plus efficaces.**

**Nous fournissons des soins aux patients, générons des connaissances pour la communauté scientifique, continuons à renforcer le soutien et l’accès à la recherche clinique.**

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un coordonnateur des ressources humaines pour répondre à nos besoins croissants en ressources humaines dans les deux cliniques.

**Comment se déroulerait votre journée de travail?**
- Contribue à l'évolution des processus RH, des projets et de leur mise en œuvre
- Dirige le cycle complet de gestion des talents, y compris tous les processus RH pour attirer, intégrer, développer, motiver et retenir les employés les plus performants
- Administre les programmes de socialisation organisationnelle des employés et d'orientation des nouveaux employés
- Supervise et fournit un soutien administratif au régime d'avantages sociaux collectif des employés
- Conseille et met en œuvre le programme de gestion de la performance
- Développe et maintient toutes les politiques RH liées à l'entreprise et à la législation
- Tient à jour les systèmes des dossiers des employés
- Aide les employés à résoudre les problèmes, les questions et les préoccupations liés aux ressources humaines et les fait remonter si nécessaire
- Organise et mène des entrevues de départ et collecte des données sur les démissions
- Consulte un conseiller juridique au besoin.

**Que cherchons-nous?**
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires ou diplôme en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles, en gestion des affaires ou dans une autre discipline connexe
- Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience progressive en ressources humaines dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- La qualification professionnelle CRHA (conseiller en ressources humaines agréé) / LRHA (leader en ressources humaines agréé) est un atout
- Il est nécessaire de pouvoir agir comme interface à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
- Une expérience dans un cabinet de soins de santé, dentaire ou médical est un atout
- Expérience de travail avec la suite Microsoft Office
- Anglais et français courants requis, écrits et parlés

Ce poste travaillera depuis les deux cliniques situées à Ottawa et à Gatineau.
