**HR Business Partner**:
**Job location**: This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in US or Canada.

**About the team**:
The HR Business Partner provides a broad range of support to portfolio-aligned Advisory HR Business Partners. The incumbent is aligned with a particular portfolio and works collaboratively with the Advising HRBP to provide HR Business Partnering services to the portfolio's leadership team(s). In addition, the incumbent works with HR Business Partnering and HR Centre of Expertise colleagues on needs assessment, piloting/testing and implementation of enterprise-wide programs and practices. Where critical to achieve portfolio-based needs, the incumbent will work with the Advisory HRBP and HR Centres of Expertise to facilitate adjustments to enterprise-wide programs.

**What you will do**:

- Partner with the Advising HRBP for assigned portfolio to leverage key enterprise-wide talent management strategies with portfolio leaders (e.g., workforce planning, forecasting, succession, performance effectiveness, high potential and leader development, total rewards)
- Partner with the Advising HRBP for assigned portfolio to execute on and deliver key talent management programs to Senior Leaders (e.g. portfolio based talent review, portfolio based succession planning)
- Liaise with HR Centres of Expertise and HR Services in supporting the needs assessment, design, piloting/testing and implementation of people programs and practices
- Support HR Centres of Excellence in evaluating the effectiveness of HR programs and providing recommendations for changes and improvements through engaging key business stakeholders in the feedback loop
- Be an advocate for delivering Kinaxis's enterprise-wide talent strategies and employment value proposition, partnering across Kinaxis HR to support rollout of global talent initiatives and support change management efforts
- Provide own insight and input during program, policy and process design to ensure the strategic needs of the business are fully considered
- Provide support to the HRBP Lead in liaising with Employee Relations and Manager Support to ensure effective alignment and integration between HR Business Partnering focused services and broad-based ERMS services
- Provide support to HRBP Lead in partnering with HR Services and HR Centres of Expertise to ensure new programs, policies, and processes are effectively communicated and implemented enterprise-wide, including change management support

**What we are looking for**:

- 5-7 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partnering or Generalist role supporting global teams in high growth companies, preferably in high-tech
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills and the ability to prioritize business requirements appropriately through a collaborative partnership approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to understand the people implications of strategic and operating business decisions and provide input to planning for the future
- Ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback, and support the development of an open, honest and collaborative team environment
- Experience partnering with HR Centres of Excellence in developing, enhancing, and implementing global enterprise-wide talent programs
- Experience with communication and change management within the context of developing and implementing people programs, policies and processes
- Solid business acumen and analytical abilities, with demonstrated experience leveraging talent data to provide evidence based people insight
