Executive Assistant to Psychotherapist

Calling all those passionate about mental health, wanting to learn what it takes to run a private practice.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating social media posts and captions that align with the interest of the company
- Providing top notch, prompt client experience
- Assisting with the hiring process for our practicum program - phone screening and onboarding, scheduling interviews with CEO
- Attending team meetings and sending meeting minutes to all team members
- Helping to manage students by answering questions and reminding them when responsibilities are not being met
- Completing sales reports, identifying room for improvement
- Implementing changes to policies and procedures
- Managing admin volunteers, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks
Skills/Experience:
- Experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business)
- Administrative experience required
- Post secondary education an asset
- Experience with Jane, Canva, SquareSpace and/or similar softwares required
- We need someone who is organized and has great communication skills
- High level of customer service skills required
- Must have computer skills and be detail oriented
- Education/interest in psychology and mental health an asset
**Job Type**:
- Part time (up to 20 hours per week)
- Virtual (You must have access to a computer and reliable internet)
- Mondays and Wednesdays availability

Fancy Therapy Services is a quickly growing group practice in Ontario. We operate completely virtually serving clients across Ontario. We’re looking for passionate students who want to learn the ins and outs of what it means to be in private practice. We’re looking for someone with a high attention to detail and compassion. Our team thrives within the group environment while enjoying the flexibility to work from home.

Social media management
Marketing
Streamlining processes
Research
Updating and maintaining client files
Updating our resource library
Responding to client inquiries
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
