Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with financial tasks such as expense reports and invoicing
- Maintain office filing systems and databases
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Experience with DocuSign for electronic document signing
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in proofreading documents for errors
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $77,000.00 per year
