The Business Development Manager, who will report to the executive managing director, will ensure Devotion Home care continuity by seeking new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and growing the company's network.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
2) He/she will create and implement comprehensive, measurable marketing plan strategies to enhance the company's image and position in the marketplace consistent with the company strategy and key performance indicator goals.

3) He/she will develop relationships with potential referral sources in the Lower Mainland area through cold calling, attendance to the community, and industry networking while working collaboratively with colleagues and team members.

**Required Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales and marketing
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing in a private duty homecare agency or related field.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Drives and has a car
- Able to work from home
- Able to work with minimum to no supervision.
