**Details**:
We’re on the hunt for a motivated, energetic, and creative **Human Resources Co-Op** **Student **to join our small, dynamic and fun HR team at our **Brampton ON** office, supporting our Robotics and Space Operations business area. This is a **4 - 8 month** term starting in **January 2025.**

**As our HR Co-op, you will**:

- Assist with HR programs and maintain human resources information and related records
- Ensure personnel files are consistent and compliant
- Work collaboratively with HR teams to support business needs on various HR matters.
- Prepare various HR documentation, such as employee letters, as needed
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating exit interviews
- Provide labor relations administrative support in a unionized environment.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, as needed

**Qualifications & Required Skills**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous work experience in an administrative or unionized environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Able to prioritize and work well independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
