Organization:
JHA Architecture + Interior (John Henshaw Architect Inc.) is a boutique architectural & interior design firm specializing in high-end residential, small commerical and hospitality designs. We offer competitive wages and extended health package, and other incentives to our staff.

What we're looking for:

- Successful applicant should possess good working knowledge of MS Office and Google documents. Some basic knowledge of photoshop editing would be an asset.
- Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills
- Organize staff schedule/material library/purchase orders
- Coordinate with account representatives for presentations, sample deliveries, etc.
- Work within the team with designers, architect and other office staff
- Contribute and work well within a team
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as follow directions.
- Attention to details
- Understanding of social media postings including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, etc. Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Plann, etc would be an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Confirm meetings, appointments, and trips.
- Manage office supply inventory.
- Manage office equipment.
- Perform office tasks, such as photocopying and faxing.
- Coordinate the flow of mail and packages to the office.
- Take initiative when facing problems or obstacles.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 - 20 per week
