**About the Role**:

- Assist Project Manager and Site Manager in all aspects of Construction Workeragement and General Contracting for commercial interiors and commercial new construction projects
- Prepare and assist with project proposals and project estimates
- Prepare and assist with bid documents and contract administration
- Assist with procurement and schedule management
- Assist with costing, risk management and quality control
- Review and understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
- Figure out details and best construction methods to achieve the designer’s goals
- Review and process shop drawings & submittals
- Complete and assemble closeout manuals

**For Us, You Must Have**:

- Superior customer service & understanding of the Art of Hospitality
- Minimum of 2 years of construction industry experience is required
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required for weekly site visits
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Energetic, positive and can-do attitude required

**Nice to Have**:

- Architectural education is an asset
- Computer proficiency (MS Office)

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
