**Job description - Project Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders including clients, designers, builders, and architects to ensure all parties are aware of progress on the file, changes, action items and deadlines.
- Assist in the file start-up, monitor progress, and prepare purchase orders, modify proposals, and execute change orders as necessary.
- Follow through on all related action items resulting from client meetings.
- Verify contract and order details to ensure accuracy.
- Prioritize and follow up on action items in a timely manner.
- Help support order processing operations.
- Coordinates project through to installation and completion.
- Assist with drawings in CAD.
- Prioritize activities from multiple files.
- Assist team members as necessary.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience and **must** have window & door experience.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in CAD for blueprint drawings.
- Experience with SharePoint would be an asset
- Able to work independently with mínimal direction and to work well with others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday
